1· Performance and Applications

Maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer sodium salt (MA-AA·Na) dispersant is phosphorus-free, non-toxic and pollution-free, and is an environmentally friendly chemical auxiliary with excellent chelating and dispersing properties, strong color floating removal and anti-staining properties. It is often used as a detergent auxiliary, printing and dyeing auxiliary, dispersant for inorganic slurry and water-based coatings. MA-AA·Na has a significant dispersion effect when preparing low-viscosity, high-solid content slurry.

When used as a detergent auxiliary, MA-AA·Na has excellent calcium and magnesium chelating ability and calcium carbonate dispersing power, which can increase the decontamination performance of washing powder, improve the anti-ash deposition and anti-soil redeposition performance of washing powder, improve the processing technology of washing powder, and has excellent compounding performance with inorganic detergent builders such as zeolite and layered silicon. It has good pH buffering ability, which can reduce the irritation of detergent to the skin; it can improve the performance of spray powder slurry, increase the slurry concentration, save energy consumption, increase the smoothness and strength of washing powder particles, and reduce the content of fine powder.

MA-AA·Na is used in desizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing and other processes of textile printing and dyeing, which can reduce the impact of metal ions in water on product quality, has a protective effect on the decomposition of H2O2, and protects the fiber. In addition, MA-AA·Na also has a good dispersing effect on printing paste, industrial coatings, ceramic slurry, papermaking coating, calcium carbonate powder, etc., and can be used in textile auxiliaries such as cheese yarn cleaning, chelating dispersant, foam-free soap lotion, leveling agent, etc.

3· Usage Method

The recommended dosage of MA-AA·Na in washing powder formula is 1.0～2.0%, and the recommended dosage when used as a coating dispersant is 0.5～1.0%. When used as a chelating dispersant in other industries, the dosage can be determined according to tests.

4· Packaging and Storage

MA-AA·Na liquid is packed in plastic drums，Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.; the solid is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag (can also be customized according to user requirements). Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

MA-AA·Na is non-toxic and non-irritating, and will not cause harm to animals and plants in the ecological environment; the product is neutral to weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, try to avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
