1· Performance and Applications

AA/AMPS/HPA terpolymer is a new type of polyelectrolyte scale inhibitor and dispersant containing sulfonate. Because the molecular chain of the copolymer contains strong acid, weak acid and non-ionic groups at the same time, it is suitable for use under high temperature, high pH, high hardness and high alkalinity conditions.

AA/AMPS/HPA has high calcium tolerance, and has an excellent inhibitory effect on the deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, zinc scale and iron oxide in water, and has excellent dispersion performance.

AA/AMPS/HPA has good compatibility with common water treatment agents such as polyphosphates, zinc salts and organophosphonates, especially can be compounded with zinc salts in large doses, with high zinc stabilization rate, thus improving the corrosion inhibition rate of the agent on carbon steel. It has been widely used in the treatment of complex water quality in steel, petrochemical, electric power, oilfield and other industries.

AA/AMPS/HPA terpolymer is used in cooling water, the dosage depends on different water quality conditions, and the general concentration is 10~30mg/L. When used as a dispersant in other industries, the dosage shall be determined according to tests.

4· Packaging and Storage

AA/AMPS/HPA terpolymer is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

AA/AMPS/HPA terpolymer is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
