1· Performance and Applications

TETHMP·Na12 is a six-membered organophosphonic acid chelating compound with scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition functions. It is easily soluble in water and a strong complexing reagent with high dissociation degree in water. It can dissociate into twelve pairs of positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, and can form two or more complex three-dimensional macromolecular network chelates with multiple metal ions, which are loosely dispersed in water. TETHMP·Na12 can effectively control the precipitation of carbonate, sulfate, phosphate, hydroxyphosphate and iron hydroxide, and prevent the formation of hard scale, especially sulfate scale. TETHMP·Na12 has high thermal stability with a decomposition temperature of 223~245℃, is easy to degrade, and is safe to use.

TETHMP·Na12 has significant threshold effect and synergistic effect, and can be used in industrial circulating cooling water, peroxide bleaching stabilizer, detergent auxiliaries, printing and dyeing, geothermal water treatment, oilfield scale inhibitor and low-pressure boiler feed water. In addition, it can also be used as a precious metal extractant, in electroplating industry, metal surface phosphating treatment system, metal surface cleaning agent, etc.
