1· Performance and Applications

PAA is non-toxic, easily soluble in water, and can operate under alkaline and medium concentration cycles without scaling. It can disperse microcrystals or sediment of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other salts in water without precipitation, so as to achieve the purpose of scale inhibition.

PAA is a commonly used dispersant. In addition to being used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cooling water systems of power plants, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, oil refineries and air conditioning systems, it is also widely used in papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, ceramics, coatings, building materials and other industries.

2· Technical Specifications

Note: We can customize polyacrylic acid with different molecular weights and different solid contents such as 45% and 60% according to customer requirements.

3· Usage Method

PAA is often formulated with other water treatment agents. The specific formula and dosage shall be determined by tests according to the on-site water quality and equipment material conditions. If used alone, the general concentration is 1~15mg/L; when used in other industries such as concrete water reducer and printing and dyeing, the dosage shall be determined according to tests.

4· Packaging and Storage

PAA is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

PAA is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
