1· Performance and Applications

DTPMPA is non-toxic, easily soluble in acidic solutions, with excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects and good temperature resistance. It can inhibit the formation of carbonate and sulfate scale, and has better scale and corrosion inhibition performance than other organophosphonic acids in alkaline environment and high temperature (above 210℃). It is used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water in water treatment; especially suitable as a scale and corrosion inhibitor without pH adjustment in alkaline circulating cooling water, and can be used for scale and corrosion inhibition of oilfield water injection, cooling water and boiler water with high barium carbonate content. When used alone in compounded agents, the amount of dirt deposition is still very small without adding dispersants.

DTPMPA can also be used as a peroxide stabilizer (especially has a good stabilization effect on hydrogen peroxide under high temperature conditions), a chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing, a pigment dispersant, a stabilizer for oxygen delignification, a trace element carrying agent in chemical fertilizers, and a concrete additive. In addition, it is widely used in papermaking, electroplating, metal pickling, cosmetics and other fields; it can also be used as a stabilizer for oxidative bactericides.

3· Usage Method

The general concentration of DTPMPA is 1~30mg/L when used as a scale inhibitor, and 1000~2000mg/L when used as a cleaning agent. It is usually used in combination with polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitor dispersants. When used in other industries, the dosage shall be determined according to tests.

4· Packaging and Storage

DTPMPA is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

DTPMPA is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
