This technology enables customers' circulating water systems to operate reliably at high concentration cycles, directly reducing water consumption by over 30% while substantially lowering environmental compliance risks associated with wastewater discharge.
2. Biodegradable Formulations: Green chemistry principles are incorporated from the molecular design stage. We prioritize low-toxicity, biodegradable organic raw materials to reduce the residual accumulation and environmental impact of water-treatment chemicals in natural water bodies.
3. Intelligent Dosing Integration: Powered by the “Smart Water Cloud Control System,” precise chemical dosing is achieved through AI algorithms rather than experience-based decisions. This prevents excessive chemical use, reduces waste and secondary pollution at the source, and maximizes the effectiveness of every ton of chemicals used.
Green Manufacturing — Lifecycle Low-Carbon Production Management
1. Clean Processes and Continuous Production: The Heze production base employs production processes benchmarked against international industry leaders and has introduced continuous production to replace traditional batch processes. This significantly improves atom utilization and reduces the generation of solid waste and wastewater at the source.
2. Digital Energy-Efficiency Management: The entire plant is equipped with Siemens DCS and MES systems, enabling real-time production-data monitoring and automatic adjustment of process parameters. Precise control of reaction temperature and pressure significantly reduces the overall energy consumption per unit of product.
3. Ultra-Low Pollutant Emissions Control:
(1) Waste Gas: Production workshops use enclosed, negative-pressure collection systems, supported by efficient treatment facilities combining alkaline scrubbing with activated-carbon adsorption and catalytic oxidation. Key emission outlets are equipped with online monitoring systems connected to the environmental authority.
(2) Wastewater: The site operates an in-house wastewater treatment plant with sufficient capacity, together with a 1,800 m³ emergency containment basin. This ensures that production wastewater and initial stormwater can be effectively collected and treated under all extreme operating conditions, maintaining stable compliance with wastewater discharge standards.
(3) Solid Waste: Hazardous waste is managed in strict accordance with the electronic manifest system and entrusted to highly qualified third-party treatment providers for safe disposal and resource recovery.
