1· Performance and Applications

PAPEMP is a new generation of water treatment agent with high chelating and dispersing performance, high calcium tolerance and excellent scale inhibition performance. The agent can be used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water systems, especially suitable for circulating cooling water systems with high hardness, high alkalinity and high pH, and oilfield water treatment. It has excellent scale inhibition performance on calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate, and can effectively inhibit the formation of silica scale, and has a good effect on stabilizing metal ions such as zinc, manganese and iron.

PAPEMP is used as a membrane scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis systems, scale and corrosion inhibition in high salinity, high turbidity and high temperature systems such as multi-stage flash evaporation systems (such as scale inhibition of high temperature and high turbidity water systems in coal gasification systems), textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries and papermaking auxiliaries (yellowing inhibitor); it can replace EDTA, DTPA, NTA, etc.

The normal dosage of PAPEMP is 5~100mg/L. Different from other agents, the higher the dosage, the better the effect. It can also be used in combination with polycarboxylic acids, etc. High dosage can realize operation with high concentration cycles.

4· Packaging and Storage

PAPEMP is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

PAPEMP is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
