1· Performance and Applications

PESA is a phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free "green" environmentally friendly multi-component scale and corrosion inhibitor. It has good scale inhibition and dispersion performance on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate in water, and its scale inhibition effect is better than that of common organophosphonic scale inhibitors. It has a good synergistic effect when compounded with phosphonates, and has a certain corrosion inhibition effect, so it is a multi-component scale inhibitor.

PESA has good biodegradability, wide application range, especially suitable for cooling water systems under high alkali, high hardness and high pH conditions, and can realize operation with high concentration cycles; it has good compatibility with chlorine and good compatibility with other agents.

3· Usage Method

PESA is suitable for oilfield water injection, boiler water treatment and other fields; suitable for circulating cooling water systems in steel, petrochemical, electric power, pharmaceutical and other industries; especially suitable for boiler water treatment, circulating cooling water treatment, seawater desalination, membrane separation and other fields with high alkalinity, high hardness, high pH and high concentration cycles; suitable for detergent industry.

When used in water treatment field, the general dosage of PESA is 10~30mg/L. When used as a dispersant, the recommended dosage is 0.5-3.0%, and the specific dosage can be determined according to tests. Since this product is anionic, it should not be used together with cationic chemical auxiliaries.

4· Packaging and Storage

PESA is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is ten months.

5· Safety Protection

PESA is non-toxic and non-irritating, and will not cause harm to animals and plants in the ecological environment; the product is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, try to avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
