PR-1100 is a partially neutralized salt of low molecular weight polyacrylic acid (PAA) homopolymer. PR-1100 can disperse microcrystals or sediment of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and other salts in water without precipitation, so as to achieve the purpose of scale inhibition. PR-1100 is a commonly used dispersant. In addition to being used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cooling water systems, it is also widely used in papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, ceramics, coatings, sugar processing and other industries.

PR-1100 is used as a scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water. When used alone, the general concentration is 10～30mg/L. When used as a dispersant in other industries, the dosage shall be determined according to tests.

4· Packaging and Storage

PR-1100 is packed in plastic drums,Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool indoor place. The shelf life is ten months.

5· Safety Protection

PR-1100 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
