1· Performance and Applications

The main component of PR-908 ceramic dispersant is salt of anionic polymer. It can be adsorbed on the surface of various fine particles and generate electrostatic repulsion to disperse them, avoiding sedimentation and re-thickening. It is mainly used as an additive in magnetic materials, electronic ceramics, papermaking industry, alumina ceramics, daily-use ceramics and other industries. Adding PR-908 ceramic dispersant during the grinding process of the slurry can greatly reduce the viscosity of the processed material, facilitate the processing of the material, and the viscosity of the dispersed slurry is stable. PR-908 ceramic dispersant is completely volatilized during the roasting process of the product, and has no effect on the physical and chemical properties of the product. The product has low foam, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and is non-hazardous.

First place the raw material with a certain amount of water in the grinder or mixing tank (barrel), add a certain amount of PR-908 ceramic dispersant, and after grinding, a slurry with high solid content, good stability and fluidity can be obtained, which reduces the water consumption, facilitates grinding and shortens the cycle of the drying process. In the production of powder by dry pressing or semi-dry pressing, the dry powder obtained by spray granulation has good strength during pressing, which greatly enhances the wear resistance of the semi-finished product and reduces defects such as uneven shrinkage and cracking during firing.

The general dosage of PR-908 ceramic dispersant is about 0.2-2% of the material (based on dry basis); the actual dosage can be determined according to experiments. It can also be mixed with inorganic phosphate dispersants.

4· Packaging and Storage

PR-908 ceramic dispersant is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.Store in a cool and dry indoor place, keep away from freezing and sunlight. The shelf life is ten months from the date of production.

5· Safety Protection

PR-908 ceramic dispersant is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
