1· Performance and Applications

T-225 is a copolymer of acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate. It has a good inhibitory effect on the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, especially calcium phosphate scale, and also has a good dispersion performance on ferric oxide, sludge, clay and oil scale. It can be used under high pH conditions; it has good miscibility with organophosphonates, BTA, etc., and has a special effect on inhibiting the deposition of zinc salt and the precipitation of calcium phosphate scale.

T-225 has good scale inhibition and dispersion performance at high temperature and alkaline conditions, and is suitable for use in circulating cooling water under alkaline conditions and with more phosphate.

T-225 is mainly used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant for various circulating cooling water (especially circulating cooling water with high turbidity and dust pollution in the use environment).

3· Usage Method

The normal dosage of T-225 is 10~30mg/L, and it can be formulated into an all-organic (alkaline) formula with organophosphorus, etc.

4· Packaging and Storage

T-225 is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements.Store in a cool and ventilated indoor place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

T-225 is slightly corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
