1· Performance and Applications

Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester is a new type of water treatment chemical with good scale and corrosion inhibition properties. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups into the molecule, it not only improves the corrosion inhibition performance, but also enhances the scale inhibition of calcium scale and the dispersion ability of sediment. It has an excellent inhibitory effect on the deposition of barium and strontium scale in water that cannot be controlled by existing domestic scale inhibitors, and also has an excellent scale inhibition effect on the deposition of insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water. It has a cathodic protection effect on steel, and its corrosion inhibition effect is better than existing similar domestic products. Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester has good miscibility with water quality stabilizers such as polycarboxylates, organophosphonates, inorganic phosphates and zinc salts.

PAPE is suitable for use as a scale inhibitor in oilfield water injection production and a scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water treatment.

3· Usage Method

It varies according to water quality and process conditions. When PAPE is used as a scale inhibitor, the general dosage is less than 15mg/L, and when used as a closed circulation corrosion inhibitor, it can be as high as more than 150mg/L.

4· Packaging and Storage

PAPE is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is twelve months.

5· Safety Protection

Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester is an acidic liquid. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
