ATMP mother liquor is an organophosphonic acid scale and corrosion inhibitor. Its zinc dissolving and stabilizing ability exceeds that of current conventional organophosphorus. It can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper and zinc, and can prevent the formation of scaling salts in water, especially calcium carbonate scale. ATMP mother liquor has stable chemical properties in water and is not easy to hydrolyze. It has good corrosion inhibition effect at high concentration in water.

ATMP mother liquor is used in circulating cooling water of thermal power plants and oil refineries, and oilfield reinjection water systems. It can reduce corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipelines. ATMP mother liquor can also be used as a metal surface treatment agent, etc.

ATMP mother liquor can normally replace ATMP in conventional compounding use.

3· Usage Method

ATMP mother liquor is often formulated with zinc (zinc sulfate, zinc chloride), polycarboxylic acid or their salts into composite corrosion and scale inhibition water treatment agents for circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. Each kilogram of this product can dissolve more than 120 grams of ZnSO4·7H2O.

4· Packaging and Storage

ATMP mother liquor is packed in plastic drums, Standard capacities: 25kg, 250kg, 1250kg (IBC tank).Note: Packaging weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool and ventilated indoor place, keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. The shelf life is ten months.

5· Safety Protection

ATMP mother liquor is acidic. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothes. In case of splashing on the body, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
